Mat Pilates is my main focus because it is a transformative practice that's all about concentration!

​As an ADHD girly its been my favourite focus trainer.

 

I use traditional pilates movements to enhance strength, flexibility, and improve your posture - all of your attention will be in the moment - focused on breathing and activating your muscles in sequence. ​

In Personal Training and Mat Pilates sessions you'll gain a number of proven benefits, including improved strength and mobility, increased body awareness, lowered body fat and stress levels. The benefits of exercise on everyday life is astounding for mental, physical, spiritual and social health.
