Initial Consult

Description

The initial consult allows us to get to know each other, and gives you the space to share your current activity levels vs. where you want to be, while allowing your coach to assess mobility and collect necessary information on physical health and contributing activity factors. This initial session allows all services to be completely tailored to you, by addressing your needs, goals, and current challenges. This service is required prior to any 1:1 Mat Pilates or/ Coaching Services.
